Return request

• Customers have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (for Brazilian customers) or the applicable law in the country of delivery.

• The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with tags intact.

Refund

• Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

• The timeframe may vary depending on the card issuer or financial institution, usually between 7 and 15 business days.

Practical example:
If you receive a shirt in the wrong size and have not used it, you may request a return within 7 calendar days. Once the item is checked, the amount will be refunded in full.
